His expertise includes classical and endoscopic gynaecological surgery, infertility treatment, antenatal care, and the detection of breast and cervical cancers. He has gained clinical experience in Germany, Syria, Kuwait, and the UAE.

Dr. Hammami's academic contributions extend to his role as a professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Aleppo University, and he serves as the General Director of Aleppo University Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
