Dr. Amany Elsayed

Dr. Amany Elsayed has over 17 years of experience in NICU and infection control prevention in the UAE and Egypt. She joins us from one of the largest government hospitals in the Dubai Health Authority, where she served as a Senior Specialist Neonatologist for 13 years.
Dr. Elsayed holds an MBBS from Cairo University, Egypt (2003), a Master's degree in Pediatrics from Cairo University (2010), and is a Member of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health, UK (2019). She also has a certification as an International Board Lactation Consultant (IBLCE) from Austria (2017), a board certification in infection control and epidemiology from the USA (2023), and a Diploma in Early Nutrition for Preterm Babies.
An honored graduate of Cairo University, Dr. Elsayed has received multiple awards from the DHA for her performance. She has also contributed to several research projects and publications and has served as a supervisor and trainer for various DHA programs.
Dr. Elsayed specializes in caring for high-risk preterm babies with breathing, gastrointestinal, and heart problems, as well as nutrition, feeding, and weight gain issues. She also has expertise in handling term babies with PPHN problems and provides follow-up care for babies up to 2 years old.
