Dr. Hachem Abdul Nasser

PD. Dr. Dr. Hachem Abdul Nasser is the most prominent Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon in UAE with 25 years of experiences. He had a medical and dental degrees, is board certified by both the German Board of Facial Plastic Surgery (Platische Operationen) and the German Board of Maxillofacial Surgery (Facharzt Mund-Kiefer-Gesichtschirurgie).
He then completed his surgical training in Berlin, HUB (Charite), Leipzig medical University, CTK Cottbus teaching Hospital of HUB, Karlsruhe teaching Hospital of Freiburg university, and Friedrich-Schiller University of Jena, Germany. He further trained in maxillofacial and facial plastic reconstructive surgery at the HUB, Berlin. Leipzig and FSU of Jena, Germany. PD. Dr. Dr. Hachem is an active Faculty Board Member of the international Society AOCMF-MEA, DGMKG (German associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons), ESFPS (European Society of Facial Plastic Surgery), LSOMF (Lebanese Society of Oral Maxillofacial).
In his over 25 years of surgical experience was Manager of the Maxillofacial Unite UAE and introduced many new procedures in the treatmen management of Craniofacial Traumatology and Tumors surgery with the navigation System. His interests include minor Oral Surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, Expert in Dental Implantology DGI, Craniofacial Traumatology, Expert in Orthognathic surgery and osteogenic Distraction, Cleft-Lip-Palate and Craniofacial Deformities Surgery, Head and Neck and Skin cancer Surgery. After attaining educational training in the Outpatient Clinic for Oral Surgery in Berlin in 1987, he qualified in Human Medicine Studies in 1990 followed by Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Facial Plastic Operation in 1992 and 1998 respectively. He further earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Medicine, Germany in 2001.
Relocating to the UAE, Dr. Nasser served as a Consultant in Maxillofacial Plastic Surgery at Mafraq Hospital, Abu Dhabi, for a period of ten years. He further served at NMC Royal Hospital, Abu Dhabi for two years. Further, Dr. Nasser has served at various private clinics as an Oral and Maxillofacial Consultant. Currently, he also serves as a Board member Examiner at HAAD/DOH for the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Licensure Examinations and Privileging. PD. Dr. Dr. Hachem holds memberships in German, European and Lebanese Medical Boards of Maxillofacial & Facial Plastic Surgery and is highly competent in the Specialty, especially in Orthognathic Surgery, Oral Maxillofacial, Head and Neck Cancer, and Dental Implantology. He has also published numerous research papers in several peer-read publications of national and international stature.
